up-to-date payroll and employee records.\nPrepare payroll reports and relevant management information.\nLiaise with Finance and People & Culture teams on payroll-related matters.\nRespond professionally to colleagues' payroll queries and provide appropriate clarification.\nEnsure compliance with applicable labour legislation, company policies and payroll procedures.\nMaintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.\nAssist with payroll audits, reconciliations and statutory submissions.\nSupport continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.\n The ideal candidate should have:\nA Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.\nPrevious experience in payroll administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.\nGood knowledge of payroll procedures, employment legislation and statutory requirements.\nStrong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HR systems.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.\nExcellent
