Digital Marketer / Digital Marketer Intern

About the Role

Grours is hiring for our Digital Marketing team - one role at Executive level and one at Intern level. You'll be involved in planning and executing digital marketing strategies for our clients, managing social media accounts, running paid ad campaigns, and tracking performance across platforms. Interns will work under the guidance of the marketing team to learn and contribute to live campaigns, while the Executive will take greater ownership of client accounts and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content calendars for client accounts
• Assist in setting up, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement, and growth metrics
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to execute campaigns on time
• Support client communication and reporting (Executive level)
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience for the Executive role; no prior experience required for the internship, though a personal project, freelance work, or coursework is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic understanding of paid advertising
• Strong written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with performance data and reports
• Experience planning, allocating, and managing marketing budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts/tasks at once
• Knowledge of tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or scheduling tools is an advantage
