If you're looking for a rewarding career, talented colleagues, and a great environment that fosters growth, challenges, and leadership, Grovf is the place for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement and maintain security controls for servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.\nMonitor and respond to security incidents, conduct forensic investigations, and perform log analysis.\nAdminister identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise access control systems.\nConfigure, manage, and optimize VPN, firewall, and secure remote access solutions.\nDeploy and manage security tools (EDR/Antivirus, SIEM, vulnerability management, monitoring platforms).\nPerform security hardening for Linux, Windows, and network devices based on industry standards (CIS, NIST, ISO27001).\nAdminister security configurations for Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and Git-based repository systems (permissions, branch policies).\nCollaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure architecture, compliance, and best practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.\nStrong knowledge of Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky) and Windows Server / Windows 10/11 environments.\nDeep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication protocols, and access control models.\nSolid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.\nExperience working with and managing enterprise VPN solutions (IPSec, OpenVPN, SSL VPN, etc.).\nHands-on experience with security platforms such as ManageEngine, SIEM, and EDR/Antivirus tools.\nProven experience in incident response, log analysis, and security investigations.\nAbility to perform security hardening of servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.\nWork experience with Atlassian security controls (Jira/Confluence) and Git repository security (permissions and branch protections).\n\nSoft Skills & Competencies?\nAnalytical thinking & attention to detail -
