If you're looking for a rewarding career, talented colleagues, and a great environment that fosters growth, challenges, and leadership, Grovf is the place for you.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain Linux kernel drivers for high-speed network devices.\nImplement and optimize data paths for low latency, high throughput, and efficient CPU utilization.\nIntegrate drivers with the Linux networking stack.\nWork closely with hardware, firmware, and ASIC/FPGA teams to define register interfaces, bring up new silicon, and debug hardware/software issues.\nDebug and resolve complex kernel-level issues, including crashes, memory leaks, race conditions, and performance bottlenecks..\nWrite unit, integration, and stress tests; support validation across different kernel versions and distributions.\nMentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to design documentation and technical roadmaps.\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional experience in Linux kernel or device driver development.\nStrong proficiency in C programming; knowledge of scripting languages for tooling and testing is a plus.\nStrong proficiency with Git, including branching, rebasing, patch series preparation (git format-patch / git send-email), and resolving complex merges.
