maintain advanced UVM-based verification environments\nVerify complex IPs with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability\nDesign and implement constrained-random testbenches and functional coverage\nDebug complex issues across simulation environments and corner-case scenarios\nCollaborate closely with design and architecture teams\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing\nRequirements\n5-8+ years of experience in verification engineering\nStrong hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM\nProven experience verifying complex IP (e.g., Ethernet, PCIe, or similar)\nSolid understanding of verification methodologies and constrained-random techniques\nExperience with simulation tools such as VCS, Questa, or Xcelium\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills\nGood communication skills and ability to mentor others\nNice to Have\nExperience with SystemC / TLM modeling\nFamiliarity with high-speed protocols such as InfiniBand or
