payments, and product development;\n\nStrong understanding of operational KPIs: GGR, NGR, FTD, LTV, and Retention;\n\nKnowledge of Latin American markets is mandatory;\n\nExperience launching new geographic markets or scaling existing brands is a significant advantage;\n\nEnglish proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above;\n\nStrong understanding of branding, positioning, and content
