systems (CRM, AML, Risk).\n\nProgram & Delivery Leadership : \n\n- Act as Architecture Lead for large transformation programs.\n\n- Work with Program Director/PMO to define architectural roadmap, manage dependencies, and provide oversight across design, build, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Ensure compliance with program governance, risk, and audit standards.\n\nClient Engagement & Stakeholder Management : \n\n- Serve as trusted advisor to client CIO, CTO, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Lead architecture workshops, solution discussions, and design sign-offs.\n\n- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and support pre-sales/RFPs.\n\nT24/Temenos Expertise : \n\n- Deep knowledge of T24 architecture (TAFJ/TAFC), Temenos frameworks (IRIS, Infinity, Payments Hub), OFS, APIs, jBASE, and Java components.\n\n- Define customization vs configuration strategies and upgrade/release management approaches.\n\nIntegration & Technology Oversight : \n\n- Architect integration using REST APIs, Microservices, and Middleware (MuleSoft, IBM).\n\n- Drive adoption of Cloud architecture (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\n- Oversee data architecture, migration strategy, and data governance.\n\nGovernance & Quality Assurance : \n\n- Establish architecture governance frameworks and conduct design, code, and performance reviews.\n\n- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards (ISO, PCI).\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- T24 (TAFJ/TAFC), Java, jBASE, APIs, MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, Azure, AWS, Oracle, SQL Server.\n\nFunctional Knowledge : \n\n- Retail banking, corporate banking, lending, payments, and regulatory understanding (Basel, AML, KYC).\n\nLeadership & Client Skills : \n\n- Strong stakeholder management, client-facing consulting experience, and ability to operate at CIO/CTO level.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- TOGAF/Architecture certifications, Temenos certifications, experience in multi-country banking rollouts, and exposure to digital banking platforms (Temenos Infinity).\n\nKey Deliverables : \n\n- Architecture blueprints, roadmaps, solution design documents, integration
