AI & LLM : \n\n- Design and implement AI-powered features for CCaaS use cases.\n\n- Build real-time and post-call transcription services.\n\n- Develop LLM features including summarization, agent assist, analytics, and automation.\n\n- Build prompt management, versioning, orchestration, and evaluation mechanisms.\n\n- Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, and knowledge-base ingestion.\n\n- Integrate AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar.\n\n- Consider latency, accuracy, cost, reliability, security, and privacy in AI systems.\n\n2. Full-Stack Development : \n\n- Develop backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.\n\n- Develop frontend applications using React.js.\n\n- Build AI-assisted workflows, agent tools, dashboards, and real-time UI experiences.\n\n- Contribute to API design and frontend-backend integrations.\n\n3. Architecture & Scalability : \n\n- Design scalable, modular, loosely coupled, and observable architectures.\n\n- Build event-driven, asynchronous, and distributed systems.\n\n- Work with real-time and high-volume data workloads.\n\n- Use message brokers/streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.\n\n- Design for high availability, fault tolerance, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.\n\n4. Voice & Telephony : \n\n- Work with VoIP, real-time communications, and contact center platforms.\n\n- Hands-on experience with : \n\n1. SIP signaling\n\n2. RTP/SRTP media handling\n\n3. IVR\n\n4. DTMF RFC 2833 / SIP INFO\n\n5. WebSocket media gateways\n\n6. Audio codecs G.711, G.722, Opus\n\n7. PSTN interoperability\n\n8. Telecom-grade HA/DR\n\n- Handle real-time and near-real-time data streams.\n\n5. Cloud & Engineering : \n\n- Work with AWS and/or Azure cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Use Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Follow Git workflows and CI/CD best practices.\n\n- Build automated tests for business-critical and AI-dependent functionality.\n\n- Implement observability for distributed and AI-driven systems.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation.\n\n6. Product & Collaboration : \n\n- Work with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Engineers from discovery to delivery.\n\n- Translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.\n\n- Own features end-to-end from concept to production.\n\n- Challenge assumptions and propose better technical and product solutions.\n\n- Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.\n\n- 6 - 8 years of professional software development experience.\n\n- Strong experience with : \n\n1. React.js\n\n2. Node.js\n\n3. TypeScript\n\n4. NestJS\n\n5. MERN Stack\n\n- Hands-on experience building AI-powered production features.\n\n- Strong knowledge of : \n\n1. LLMs\n\n2. Prompt engineering and prompt lifecycle management\n\n3. RAG architectures\n\n4. Vector search\n\n5. Knowledge-base ingestion and enrichment\n\n6.
