UAT Support Testing

JD Description and Location :

- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to understand test scope.

- Prepare UAT test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution plans.

- Execute test cases across payments, collections, direct debits, cash reporting, customer onboarding for web, mobile, API and H2H channels.

- Document defects clearly, track resolution with IT teams, and retest fixes.

- Work closely with product owners, business users, and technology teams to validate system behavior.

- Support regression testing for major and minor releases.

- Participate in walkthrough sessions and provide feedback on solution readiness.

- Ensure all test evidence and sign off documentation are completed according to SMBC standards.

- Support product owners in writing and reviewing requirements and user stories in between test phases.

Experience : 8 - 10 years

Location : Chennai, India

Notice Period : 30 days max
