maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.\n\n- Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable software delivery.\n\n- Drive adoption of coding standards, design patterns, testing practices, and frontend engineering best practices.\n\n- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, development frameworks, and AI-assisted software development practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- Strong experience in Web UI development with hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and Node.js.\n\n- Strong understanding of frontend engineering best practices, including performance tuning, code profiling, debugging, design patterns, and scalable UI development.\n\n- Experience building reusable and component-based UI architectures.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Cypress, React Testing Library, Cucumber, TDD, and BDD.\n\n- Strong understanding of automated testing and quality engineering practices.\n\n- Proficient in Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Git.\n\n- Experience with code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web development.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.\n\n- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as AMP, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools is preferred.\n\n- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.\n\n- Experience mentoring developers
