Process Developer (Banking Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international calls related to card transactions, fraud, scams, and account security.
• Identify suspicious transactions and potential fraudulent activities.
• Follow banking procedures for customer verification and fraud prevention.
• Assist customers and take appropriate action to protect their accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Handle customer information confidentially.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 12 months of work experience.
• International voice process experience is mandatory.
• Domestic voice process experience alone is not acceptable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Banking or fraud detection experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working in ANZ shifts starting at 3:00 AM onwards.
• Willingness to work from the office in Gurugram.
• Previous organization PF registration is mandatory.
