Purpose of the role The Graduate Internship Programme aims to provide unemployed graduates with meaningful workplace exposure, professional development opportunities as well as practical experience within a dynamic business environment. Interns will gain hands-on experience, industry knowledge and mentorship while contributing to strategic business objectives. Key learning areas and responsibilities Successful candidates will be exposed to: Workplace readiness and professional development Project coordination and administration Research and data analysis Client and stakeholder engagement Business process improvement initiatives Compliance and governance practices Digital systems and technology platforms Reporting and documentation Team collaboration and problem-solving Industry-specific projects relevant to their field of study Minimum requirements Applicants must: Be South African citizens. Hold a bachelor’s degree, BTech, Honours or equivalent qualification in the relevant field. Be currently unemployed and available for the duration of the programme. Have not previously participated in a similar graduate internship programme for more than 12 mon
