classify expenses with complete supporting documentation. \n\nPayroll Management & Processing – Manage monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and ensure timely disbursement. \n\nAudit Coordination – Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual audit processes with internal and external auditors. \n\nBudgeting & Forecasting – Assist in creating budgets, monitoring actuals vs. forecasts, and preparing variance reports. \n\nCredit & Invoice Management – Issue and track invoices, monitor receivables, and manage customer credit limits. \n\nGST & Tax Compliance – Prepare and file GST returns, assist in ITR filing, and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. \n\nPurchase Orders, Credit Notes & Payment Notes – Review and approve POs, process credit notes and payment notes, ensuring accuracy. \n\nTransaction Reconciliation – Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and inter-company accounts. \n\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting \n\nStrong Proficiency in Zoho Books \n\nAdvanced Excel skills \n\nStrong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles \n\nAccounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. \n\nSolid knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation norms. \n\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
