Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, be problem-solvers and is a multi-tasker.\nWhat you will be doing:\nSet up, implementing, managing and optimizing paid Marketing Campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms when required by clients.\nManage bidding and budget strategies on the mentioned platforms\nOptimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns\nFix any errors and bugs in the performance of our ads or landing page (including the implementation of pixels and tags)\nPerform keyword analysis to find opportunities and better-performing keywords\nProvide regular internal analytics report on campaign performance (indicators) and able to provide insights and analysis in a clear and concise manner\nWork with our Graphic and Brand Designers to run paid ads such as banner ads or eDMs so as to help our sales or branding initiatives\nTrack and optimize the performance of our campaigns including engagement rates for each campaign\nHave strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints\nCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience\nBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies (including identification of new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies) adhering to best practice guidelines\nPlan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests including A/B and multi-variate Testings and dynamic ads optimization\n At least a diploma in marketing or related fields such as analytics, communication and statistics or sciences.\nAt least 4 Years experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, and social media especially in the optimisation of campaigns in a full-time role\nHighly analytical and data driven.
