(hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs) across Meta, TikTok, and Google.\nCreate static ad concepts in Canva or Figma and edit UGC and short-form video.\nRun 20-50 creative variations per week using AI-accelerated production workflows.\nUse AI tools daily for copy iteration, concept mockups, and competitive research.\nBuild and maintain custom AI workflows, including prompt templates for ad copy by platform.\nCollaborate with performance marketers, designers, and video editors.\nStay current on platform-specific creative best practices.\nRequirements\n3+ years experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance creative roles\nDemonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into creative direction\nExperience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads\nStrong ad copywriting skills across platforms\nProficiency in Canva or Figma for static ad production\nBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent)\nDaily, active use of AI tools for creative production\nDemonstrated ability to produce high volumes of creative output (20-50 variations per week) using AI-accelerated workflows\nExperience writing creative briefs and
