do the work of an entire team.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild interactive lead magnets and marketing tools using no-code AI platforms (Lovable, Replit, Bolt).\nDesign and deploy AI workflow automations using Gumloop, n8n, or Zapier to handle competitor monitoring, social listening, SEO audits, lead enrichment, and campaign triggers.\nLaunch full-funnel campaigns across paid social, email, content, and organic channels using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate copy, creative variations, and messaging angles.\nOrchestrate AI agents to automate repetitive tasks, including drafting social posts from blog content, monitoring brand mentions across social media, and scraping competitor sites for intelligence.\nTest rapidly and iterate on brand voice, messaging, and creative approaches by running experiments that would traditionally require weeks of agency coordination.\nOwn campaign analytics and attribution by setting up tracking, diagnosing performance issues, and optimizing based on real-time data.\nRequirements\n3+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated ability to execute campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels\nProven experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing work: ChatGPT/Claude for copy and strategy, Midjourney for visuals, or similar tools\nHands-on experience with no-code building tools like Lovable\nExperience building workflow automations using Gumloop, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms for marketing use cases\nStrong understanding of modern marketing channels: paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), paid search, email, content, SEO\nExperience with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager) and ability to set up conversion tracking and attribution\nSelf-starter mentality with bias toward action (comfortable shipping imperfect v1s and iterating quickly based on results)\nCreative thinker with strong intuition for brand voice, cultural trends, and what resonates with audiences\nExcellent written communication
