You will own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion - translating complex business challenges into structured, high-impact workflows and ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform.\nThis is a strategic and hands-on role. You will work directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders on problems like \"Which high-growth category should we enter next?\" or \"How will tariff shifts impact our core portfolio?\" - then partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI/ML teams to design and deploy the reasoning workflows that answer them.\nIdeal candidates bring a consulting or enterprise solution delivery background, hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications, and a track record of managing executive relationships through complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.\nOBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE\n7+ years in consulting or solution delivery with hands-on technical depth in AI/ML deployment\n\nProven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients\n\nHands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications or intelligent workflows -
