You will own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion - translating complex business challenges into structured, high-impact workflows and ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform.\nThis is a strategic and hands-on role. You will work directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders on problems like \"Which high-growth category should we enter next?\" or \"How will tariff shifts impact our core portfolio?\" - then partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI/ML teams to design and deploy the reasoning workflows that answer them.\nIdeal candidates bring a consulting or enterprise solution delivery background, hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications, and a track record of managing executive relationships through complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.\nOBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE\n7+ years in consulting or solution delivery with hands-on technical depth in AI/ML deployment\n\nProven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients\n\nHands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications or intelligent workflows - including LLMs, RAG pipelines, forecasting models, or symbolic reasoning systems\n\nAbility to synthesize ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable problem frames\n\nExperience working closely with engineering and product teams to scope and ship production-grade solutions\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive account retention and expansion in partnership with Sales\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n7+ years in consulting or solution delivery with hands-on technical depth in AI/ML deployment\n\nProven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients\n\nHands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications or intelligent workflows - including LLMs, RAG pipelines, forecasting models, or symbolic reasoning systems\n\nAbility to synthesize ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable problem frames\n\nExperience working closely with engineering and product teams to scope and ship production-grade solutions\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive account retention and expansion in partnership with Sales\n\nPERKS\nCompetitive compensation and equity in a rapidly growing company\n\nPet-friendly office\n\nThis role is fully remote until we open our London office in Summer 2026, at which point it will transition to a hybrid schedule.
