The role focuses heavily on Microsoft 365, supporting multiple client environments, owning tickets from start to finish, and resolving issues to the root cause.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs, taking ownership from initial contact through to resolution.\nProvide advanced 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 environments.\nTroubleshoot and administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Intune.\nManage user access, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access, and security policies.\nSupport Microsoft Defender, compliance, retention, DLP and eDiscovery where required.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.\nSupport tenant onboarding, configuration and migration activities.\nMaintain accurate ticket notes, client updates and technical documentation.\nWork across multiple client tenants while following agreed standards and change controls.\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend automation or standardisation.\nEscalate complex issues appropriately with clear technical handovers.\nRequirements\nProven 2nd-line IT support experience.\nStrong hands-on Microsoft 365 experience.\nGood knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD and Exchange Online.\nExperience with Windows 10/11 and modern workplace environments.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.\nConfident using PowerShell for administration and troubleshooting.\nStrong understanding of identity, access management, and security.\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple clients and tickets.\nDesirable\nExperience working within an MSP or multi-tenant environment.\nKnowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS.\nExperience with PSA/RMM platforms.\nExposure to M365 backup, archiving, or third-party tools.\nPersonal Attributes\nTakes ownership and follows issues through to resolution.\nFocuses on permanent solutions rather than repeat fixes.\nMethodical and
