Hiring the right ones, fast, is a growth lever, not a back-office task.\nThe role\nWe are hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Growthub's creative roles. This is a hands-on seat with a mandate to raise how the whole team hires.\nWe want someone who has done this at a recruiting agency and has a track record of hiring creative people: carried a desk, worked to targets, sourced hard-to-find creative talent, and closed them against competing offers. You will fill our open roles and teach us the systems and tactics that made you good at it.\nWhat you'll do\nRun full-cycle recruitment end to end: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.\nSource passive talent directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, creator communities, and referrals, and manage every pipeline in Breezy HR.\nHire across creative strategists, lead strategists, video editors, street interviewers, UGC managers, and other roles.\nBuild and maintain warm talent pools for roles we hire repeatedly, so we are never starting a search from zero.\nOwn candidate experience: fast feedback, clear communication, and a close process that wins candidates we compete for.\nManage offers and negotiation, including counter-offers and notice-period risk.\nKeep our ATS clean and use it as the single source of truth for pipeline and reporting.\nReport weekly on pipeline health, funnel conversion, and time to fill, and flag bottlenecks early.\nRaising the bar for the whole team\nThis is what makes the role senior. We need someone who can build Growthub's recruiting SOPs and processes from the ground up, document them, and make them stick across the team.\nBuild recruiting SOPs end-to-end. Document every stage, from role request and intake to sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding handover, with clear owners, timelines, and templates.\nStandardize hiring per role. Scorecards, interview guides, and test briefs for creative strategists, lead strategists, video editors, street interviewers, and UGC managers, so every candidate is assessed the same way.\nSet up Breezy HR to match the process. Pipeline stages, email templates, scorecards, questionnaires, and reporting configured around the SOPs, so Breezy is our single source of truth.\nSystematize sourcing in Juicebox. Repeatable searches and outreach sequences, saved talent pools for roles we hire often, and pipelining ahead of demand.\nIntroduce agency discipline. Activity metrics, conversion per pipeline stage, a weekly pipeline review, and a simple hiring dashboard for leadership.\n Train the team to run it. Teach junior recruiters the SOPs, structured interviewing and fast feedback, and keep the documentation current as we grow.\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years at a recruitment agency or search firm.\nA proven record of hitting placement or revenue targets on a desk. Be ready to share your numbers.\nStrong direct sourcing skills: you find and engage passive candidates rather than waiting on inbound.\nExperience recruiting for or working inside a creative, advertising, or performance marketing agency.\nExperience recruiting on-camera talent, UGC creators, or freelancers at volume.\nHiring across the LATAM, UK, US, and offshore talent markets.\nExperience setting up recruiting at a scaling company from little or no structure.\nHands-on experience with Juicebox and Breezy HR, or similar AI sourcing and ATS
