This position reports to the senior vice president, Americas.\n\nResponsibilities:\nHelp plan and execute programs for the Americas Department. \nCoordinate the organization of events, including meetings, conferences and business delegations.\nPrepare written communications, including briefing memos, correspondence, press releases, blog posts, text for social media. \nHelp draft, edit, format, and disseminate newsletters, event invitations, marketing materials, and program updates.\nSupport and help track member company engagement and communications. \nMaintain and update mailing lists and management systems.\nMonitor and prepare country-specific intelligence updates on political and economic developments as needed.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 2 years’ related work experience.\nSelf-starter and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines, multitask, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\nStrong writing, editing, and proofreading.\nEvents logistics experience.\nExperience interacting with business executives and government officials.\nProficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce is preferred.\nThe salary range for this position is $51,846.00 to $59,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors.
