We will empower you to lead, develop deep expertise, and find new approaches to solving the toughest challenges. \n\nPosition Overview:\nProvide support for two policy teams and contribute to the shared administrative needs of the overall Policy Division: \nTransportation, Infrastructure, and Supply Chains \nSmall Business \n\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with marketing and communications, including member communications, website updates, database management, and blogs. \nPlan, manage logistics, and provide support for a variety of virtual and in-person events. \nSchedule internal and external meetings for team members. \nCoordinate travel arrangements, logistics, briefing materials, and expense reports. \nTrack information on policy issues and support advocacy efforts. \nPerform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. \n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience commensurate with the role. \n1–2 years’ administrative experience. \nStrong organization, time management, and attention to detail. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nComfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. \nAbility to exercise sound judgment, handle confidential information, anticipate needs, and interact with high-level executives and their staffs both internally and externally. \nAble to work independently and collaboratively. \nStrong client service ethic. \nProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). \nAn interest in policy, law, and politics is preferred. \n\nThe salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors.
