Get hands-on experience in underwriting, deal negotiation, and the capital markets process.\nLoan Closing: Assist in the coordination and execution of loan closings. Gain valuable exposure to the intricacies of closing real estate deals.\nFinancial Analysis: Sharpen your financial analysis skills by evaluating the performance of various real estate projects.
