Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Finance Controlling team, you'll create impact by driving standardization, automation, and simplification of global finance processes to ensure operational excellence and compliance across Grundfos entities.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDeliver accurate monthly and year-end reporting according to Grundfos GAAP and statutory financial statements for legal entities, including managing the relationship with statutory outsourcing partners\nOwn balance sheets across segments, cost allocations between performance units, and ensure timely reporting at Performance Unit and Profit Center level\nLead efficient external audit processes and serve as the main contact for local authorities, auditors, and outsourcing partners\nChallenge and drive harmonization, efficiency, and effectiveness of global finance controlling, statutory compliance, and internal control processes\nEnsure an optimal control environment at legal entity level, including follow-up on internal control observations from GIAS\nAct as the single point of contact for Finance Business Partners on all finance controlling and accounting matters\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a detail-oriented finance professional with a proactive mindset, strong SAP expertise, and the ability to balance analytical rigor with big-picture thinking while managing multiple priorities under time constraints.
