You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) Back Office team, you'll create impact by Delivering technically excellent customer experiences that strengthen relationships and drive business growth across our product portfolio..\nYour main responsibilities include:\nProvide technical assistance on product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, and pricing to ensure functionality in practice\nSupport sales teams by handling tenders and projects, including dimensioning, specifications, calculations, delivery timelines, and maintenance guidance\nProcess special orders and inquiries in coordination with suppliers, following up on all customer interactions within set SLAs\nIdentify business opportunities during customer interactions and hand over qualified leads to external sales\nMaintain accurate customer master data and collaborate with product segments or suppliers when local problem-solving is not available\nAct for implementation of Quality, Environment, and Safety policies to achieve proposed targets\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a technically minded customer service professional with strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine drive to solve complex application challenges. We would also imagine that you have:\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (minimum 5+ years relevant industry experience)\nPrevious experience in customer services with strong organizational skills and customer accountability\nWorking knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and proficiency with MS Office applications\nExcellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills\nIt is a plus if you also have:\nKnowledge of pump products, applications, and type key interpretation\nExperience supporting technical sales processes including tenders and project quotations\nFamiliarity with business structures and key market needs in water technology or industrial products\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
