You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Group Purchasing, APAC team, you'll create impact by delivering measurable savings and value creation while strengthening supplier relationships that support operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nLead local negotiations, tendering, and sourcing initiatives aligned with regional purchasing strategy to deliver savings and cost avoidance targets\nAct as a trusted business partner for local stakeholders, providing supply market insights and ensuring purchasing processes meet business needs\nManage supplier relationships including performance assessments, business reviews, and maintaining preferred supplier lists\nImplement and ensure compliance with purchasing processes, contracts, and tools in line with Group policies and sustainability standards\nOptimize the supplier portfolio and drive value creation beyond price through spend management, quality improvement, and innovation\nCollaborate cross-functionally with plant teams and APAC Group Purchasing to coordinate sourcing activities across relevant categories\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a proactive and analytical purchasing professional with strong negotiation skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to deliver cost savings in a dynamic, multicultural environment. We'd also imagine that you are/have:\n2-3 years of experience in indirect purchasing, preferably in MRO and facility categories\nFluent English communication skills (written and spoken)\nSolid experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP systems and strong data analytical abilities\nProven track record of successful negotiations and delivering measurable cost savings\nValuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't.
