You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Domestic Building Services (DBS) Sales team, you'll create impact by Expanding Grundfos's market presence by connecting customers with innovative, energy-efficient water technology solutions that improve building performance and sustainability..\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDevelop and manage a territory sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for DBS pump solutions\nProvide technical product selection support and system design guidance to consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and wholesalers\nConduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and technical seminars to drive specification of Grundfos solutions\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business\nCollaborate with internal teams including application engineering, marketing, and customer service to deliver seamless project support\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and product positioning\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a technically minded sales professional with a strong understanding of HVAC or plumbing systems, excellent relationship-building skills, and a drive to exceed targets in a territory-based role. We would also imagine that you have:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field\n3+ years of technical sales experience in pumps, HVAC, plumbing, or building services products\nDemonstrated ability to manage a sales territory and deliver against revenue targets\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to read mechanical drawings and understand system hydraulics\nIt is a plus if you also:\nExperience with pump selection software or hydraulic calculation tools\nFamiliarity with building codes and standards related to water supply, HVAC, or fire protection systems\nExisting relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, or distributors in the building services sector\nYou'll also be available for travelling up to 80 days per year.\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
