You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nYou will follow a hybrid work model based in our office in Apodaca.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the LATAM Back Office Engineering team, you'll create impact by building a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement that ensures customers receive best-in-class support and pumping solutions.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nLead, coach, and develop the Back Office Engineering team - setting clear expectations, managing performance, and building technical capabilities and career growth paths.\nProvide technical leadership for complex customer inquiries, product selection, and pumping solutions, reviewing and approving quotations and proposal packages.\nMonitor team performance using CRM, Power BI, and ERP tools to track productivity, response times, quotation quality, and customer satisfaction - driving data-informed decisions.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance the team's ability to exceed customer expectations.\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Product Specialists, and Engineering to resolve issues, support business growth, and improve execution.\nManage workload planning, resource utilization, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure consistent team coverage and readiness.\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a results-driven technical leader with deep applications engineering expertise, a track record of developing high-performing teams, and a passion for process improvement and customer excellence. We'd also imagine that you are/have:\nA Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\n7+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or technical customer support, preferably within the pump, HVAC, or modular solutions industry.\n5+ years of experience managing and developing people in a technical environment.\nProficiency with CRM, ERP, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) for performance management and data-driven decision-making.\nIt's a plus if you also have:\nExperience with pumping systems, and related applications.\nProven track record leading continuous improvement and change management initiatives\nSpanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency in addition to English.\nPlease note that relocation is not supported for this role.
