Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you'll create impact by leading strategic investment projects that optimize plant capacity, introduce new technologies, and strengthen our manufacturing footprint for years to come.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nPlan, organize, and execute engineering projects (CAPEX, ECM, Footprint, PD, Layout) for new equipment, technologies, and process or product changes in compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards\nPrepare and manage the plant's annual investment plan and evaluate the 5-year investment roadmap, including equipment capacity and obsolescence analyses\nManage diverse funding resources (CAPEX/OPEX, local/non-local) and ensure accurate financial recording for each project\nConduct equipment capacity and product demand analyses over a 1- to 5-year horizon to proactively manage risk\nIdentify, report, and follow up on EHS risks, unsafe conditions, and near misses, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions within project areas\nReview and maintain project procedures aligned with quality requirements and applicable regulations\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a proactive and organized engineering professional with strong project management skills, financial acumen, and a systemic approach to problem-solving in industrial environments.
