You will join a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture focused on growth, well-being, and belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs part of the Commercial Service team, you will deliver field service and technical solutions that maximize water system reliability and strengthen customer relationships.\nKey responsibilities:\nInspect, troubleshoot, repair, and commission water treatment systems and accessories in the field and workshop\nIdentify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and system failures, providing technical advice at system and application level\nPerform hydraulic tests, energy checks, and risk assessments before service activities\nPrepare repair quotes, write service/FAS reports, and share customer leads with the sales team\nWork with Service Coordinators on job planning and support installations with the sales department\nOperate and maintain workshop equipment, including drill presses, lathes, and mills\nWhat makes you a great fit\nYou are a hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.\nWe imagine that you have:\nAssociate's degree in engineering or technical education (electrician, mechanic), or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of relevant service experience\n3-5 years of experience in the water treatment industry and knowledge of industrial processing plants\nAbility to read technical drawings and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system failures\nStrong communication skills with customers and other stakeholders\nIt is a plus if you also have:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field\nExperience leading minor service activities or projects\nKnowledge of pump service best practices and systems\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
