Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.\nAs our new Back Office Engineer in Aftermarket, you will be providing technical quotations, product sizing guidance, and application support across HVAC, booster, and cooling systems - helping customers find the right Grundfos solutions before, during, and after every transaction.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) team in Aftermarket you'll create impact by Delivering accurate, timely technical support that strengthens customer relationships and drives aftermarket sales growth..\nYour main responsibilities include:\nReview customer enquiries, RFQ for spare parts, retrofit solutions and service requirements.\nPrepare accurate techno-commercial quotations in alignment with Grundfos standards and customer requirements.\nPrepare complex quotations after assessing site installations requirements and limitations while suggesting replacement\nRegister all customer interactions, opportunities, and master data accurately in SAP and the global CRM tool\nCollaborate with aftermarket sales teams, Service & solutions, and engineering to resolve technical cases and nurture sales opportunities\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a technically curious professional with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to take ownership of assignments while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience, 0-3 years)\nFundamental knowledge of pump systems, HVAC systems, booster systems, or cooling cycles\nProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and CRM tools\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nIt is a plus if you also:\nExperience handling technical quotations or working in a customer service/back office engineering environment\nAbility to interpret type keys and differentiate pumps, spare parts, kits, and motors\nFamiliarity with aftermarket sales processes and external stakeholder collaboration\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
