You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the CSSC Back Office team, you'll create impact by delivering tailored technical solutions that ensure optimal pump system performance and strengthen lasting customer relationships.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nProvide second-level technical support including detailed product sizing, application engineering, system integration, and accessory selection across phone, email, live chat, and messaging channels\nSupport sales teams by managing technical aspects of tenders and mid-scale projects, delivering accurate specifications, dimensions, and engineering calculations\nDevelop tailored solutions by collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal performance and practical implementation in diverse customer environments\nHandle complex and escalated inquiries and quotations, including HX and accessories, ensuring high customer satisfaction\nIdentify business opportunities and hand over leads to external sales while implementing value-added services to enhance customer relationships\nProvide technical guidance and support to CSSC Back Office team members to elevate overall team capability\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a technically skilled problem solver with strong customer service instincts, the ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy, and a collaborative spirit that lifts the entire team. We would also imagine that you have:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant work experience\nFundamental knowledge of pumps and pumping systems, including control panels, motors, motor protection systems, variable speed drives, and accessories\nPrevious customer service experience with strong written and verbal English communication skills\nProficiency in ERP systems (SAP CRM/SD preferred) and MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Teams\nAbility to work in a hybrid schedule based out of the Brookshire, TX facility.\nIt is a plus if you also:\nApplication engineering experience specifically in the pump industry\nExperience with product sizing software and handling technical specifications per industry standards\nProven ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively deliver solutions\nPlease note that relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidate must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.\nThe salary range for this position is $69,000 to $104,000. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s & Peerless Pump Company total compensation and benefits package for employees.
