You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Water Treatment Americas - Rental Operations team, you'll create impact by managing the full lifecycle of rental projects, optimizing schedules and costs while ensuring every customer commitment is met with precision and excellence.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nOversee project management of customer rental orders from award through shipment, including scheduling, equipment assembly, vendor coordination, and contract administration\nRead, interpret, and manage customer specifications, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure accurate project execution\nCoordinate logistics for pickup and shipment of major equipment, monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery metrics are met\nCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize project costs, inventory levels, and schedules\nProvide pricing guidance and technical positioning support to Sales teams based on market intelligence and past project data\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a proactive project coordinator with strong organizational skills, customer-facing experience, and the judgment to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
