You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Customer Master Data team, you'll create impact by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer master data that underpins our business operations.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nHandle incoming requests from Product Units for account creation and customer master data maintenance, validating request forms and required documentation\nManually maintain customer master data in SAP S/4HANA based on validated requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business requirements\nFollow up with requestors to clarify information, enhance data quality, and support them in submitting changes or new account requests\nAssign relevant subtasks to stakeholders (e.g., pricing, conditions, extranet) and track completion to ensure timely request fulfillment\nCollaborate with the Global Business Process Owner and CMD Coordinators to improve instructions, documentation, and processes\nIdentify and raise process issues, local exceptions, and improvement opportunities for tools and workflows\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a detail-oriented data professional with a service-minded approach, strong SAP knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
