You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Service & Solutions team, you'll create impact by Building trusted customer relationships and driving smooth service delivery that directly contributes to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nCoordinate and schedule service operations using the Service Management System, ensuring timely execution of on-site work including Health & Safety compliance\nHandle customer requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems - preparing quotations, processing orders for spare parts and service jobs, and ensuring accurate product specifications and delivery terms\nEnter credit memos, process returns, and coordinate the return of defective materials from customers, distributors, and service centers\nLiaise with customers, service staff, and Authorized Service Partners to build trust and provide proactive follow-ups on ongoing repairs and maintenance\nResolve customer complaints related to invoicing and shipping, delivering effective solutions that protect both customer relationships and company interests\nProcess special orders and inquiries in coordination with suppliers, ensuring complete and correct order input for a smooth operational flow\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a detail-oriented customer service professional with strong coordination skills, a genuine service mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.\nWe would also imagine that you have:\nBachelor's Degree in any field with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service coordinator or similar role\nHands-on experience using SAP or CRM systems for order processing and service management\nGood written and spoken English communication skills\nStrong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nIt is a plus if you are also:\nExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical services environment\nFamiliarity with service scheduling and logistics coordination\nKnowledge of warranty and returns processing workflows\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
