Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Brookshire, Texas.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by optimizing production schedules, resolving supply constraints, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable results for our customers.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize production schedules in SAP based on customer demand, material availability, capacity, and business priorities\nAnalyze workload, capacity utilization, and bottlenecks across work centers to balance production flow and improve throughput\nMonitor material readiness, identify shortages, and coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to maintain production continuity\nMaintain accurate planning parameters, lead times, lot sizes, routings, and production versions in SAP through routine data validation\nPartner with Production, Engineering, Customer Service, and Sales to communicate priorities, resolve issues, and support delivery commitments\nIdentify opportunities to improve schedule adherence, inventory control, and delivery reliability in support of Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're an analytical, metrics-driven planner with strong SAP expertise, a solid grasp of MRP and manufacturing principles, and the communication skills to align cross-functional teams around shared production goals.
