You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by bridging the gap between commercial insights and supply chain execution to improve forecast accuracy and customer satisfaction.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nConsolidate and validate demand forecasts from multiple markets, ensuring data quality and consistency across planning systems\nFacilitate monthly demand plan processwith KAMs, HVAC OEM Leadership teamand supply chain stakeholders to alignconsensus planning\nAnalyze demand patterns, identify trends and outliers, and recommend forecast adjustments based on market intelligence\nMonitor forecast accuracy KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce bias and improve reliability\nCoordinate new product introduction and phase-out planning to ensure smooth demand transitions\nMaintain and improve demand planning tools, reports, and processes to support scalable planning operations\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a detail-oriented coordinator with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable demand plans.
