You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the CBS China Digital Marketing team, you'll create impact by connecting marketing technology, data-driven insights, and customer-centric content to accelerate business growth across China's digital ecosystem.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across websites, email, social media, search, display, ABM, and marketing automation platforms aligned with customer buying journeys\nDevelop and maintain a strong digital presence on key China platforms including WeChat, Baidu, and Douyin, continuously improving reach, engagement, and conversion\nDevelop content strategies and editorial calendars, collaborating with subject matter experts and agencies to create compelling, localized marketing assets\nSupport marketing technology adoption, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and CRM integration to enhance lead quality and sales alignmentTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI, conducting A/B testing and delivering actionable optimization recommendations\n\nManage external agencies, digital vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a data-driven digital marketing professional with strong B2B campaign management experience, deep knowledge of the China digital landscape, and excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. We'd also imagine that you are/have:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience\n2-3 years of hands-on experience driving lead generation, demand generation, or revenue marketing programs with measurable business outcomes\nStrong knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CRM, ABM, email marketing, social media, and lead generation practices\nHands-on experience with China digital platforms (WeChat, Baidu, Douyin) and excellent written and verbal skills in English\nIt's a plus if you also:\nMaster's degree in a relevant discipline\nExperience in industrial, engineering, building technologies, or manufacturing B2B industries\nFamiliarity with global media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta\nValuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't.
