As our new Engineering Project Manager, you'll be managing the end-to-end delivery of medium complexity engineering projects that ensure our customers receive world-class pump and water technology solutions. What you will be doing:
As a key part of the Project Delivery team, you'll create impact by driving profitable project outcomes through disciplined execution, proactive risk management, and seamless coordination across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple medium complexity engineering projects simultaneously from order fulfilment through to after-sales, utilizing SAP SD, SAP PS, and Grundfos project execution processes
- Coordinate sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure alignment with supply agreements and service levels, delivering projects to time, cost, and quality targets
- Prepare submittal packages and compile handover documentation in line with agreed formats and standards
- Manage project risks and opportunities across your portfolio, escalating and resolving issues in collaboration with Proposals, Sales, Service, and Warranty teams
- Support quotation and proposal activities to ensure accurate scoping and pricing of project deliverables
- Contribute to monthly KPI analysis, action planning, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes
What makes you a great fit:
Above all, you're a results-oriented project professional with strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to juggle multiple complex deliveries in a fast-paced environment. We'd also imagine that you are/have:
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) with 3-4+ years of experience delivering technically complex projects on time, cost, and quality
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as PRINCE2 and SAP PS
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium complexity projects simultaneously while engaging diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in SAP (SD, CRM, or BW) and Microsoft Office, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in our Brookshire, TX office on a hybrid schedule
It's a plus if you also have:
- Experience in Field Service and/or Service Coordination
- Background in pump systems, water technology, or related engineering industries
- Experience with financial management and change management within project environments
The salary range for this position is $69,300 to $104,790 per year. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
