You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAs a key part of the Project Delivery team, you'll create impact by driving profitable project outcomes through disciplined execution, proactive risk management, and seamless coordination across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nManage multiple medium complexity engineering projects simultaneously from order fulfilment through to after-sales, utilizing SAP SD, SAP PS, and Grundfos project execution processes\nCoordinate sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure alignment with supply agreements and service levels, delivering projects to time, cost, and quality targets\nPrepare submittal packages and compile handover documentation in line with agreed formats and standards\nManage project risks and opportunities across your portfolio, escalating and resolving issues in collaboration with Proposals, Sales, Service, and Warranty teams\nSupport quotation and proposal activities to ensure accurate scoping and pricing of project deliverables\nContribute to monthly KPI analysis, action planning, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nAbove all, you're a results-oriented project professional with strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to juggle multiple complex deliveries in a fast-paced environment. We'd also imagine that you are/have:\nA Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) with 3-4+ years of experience delivering technically complex projects on time, cost, and quality\nStrong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as PRINCE2 and SAP PS\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple medium complexity projects simultaneously while engaging diverse stakeholder groups\nProficiency in SAP (SD, CRM, or BW) and Microsoft Office, with strong communication and negotiation skills\nAbility to work in our Brookshire, TX office on a hybrid schedule\nIt's a plus if you also have:\nExperience in Field Service and/or Service Coordination\nBackground in pump systems, water technology, or related engineering industries\nExperience with financial management and change management within project environments\nThe salary range for this position is $69,300 to $104,790 per year. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
