You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Global Finance team, you'll create impact by Driving compliance, automation, and cost effectiveness across Grundfos's global customer bonus processes to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDeliver bonus agreement credit notes and final settlements in accordance with agreement timing\nProduce accurate and timely monthly and year-end customer bonus reporting\nCollaborate with Sales to ensure accuracy and timely updates of bonus accruals\nOwn and reconcile balance sheet accounts for customer bonus\nDrive optimization and simplification of global customer bonus processes through standardization and automation\nEnsure compliance of customer bonus agreements and processes with accounting principles and internal controls\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a detail-oriented finance professional with strong SAP expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.\nWe would also imagine that you have:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field\nMinimum 3-4 years of experience in a Corporate Finance role\nIn-depth knowledge of SAP software and intermediate Excel skills\nProficiency in English with strong organizational and change management skills\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
