We would also imagine that you have:\nMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business from a recognized institution\n8-10+ years of experience leading complex product/program development in a multinational matrix organization\nPMP or PRINCE2 certification with hands-on governance experience\nProven experience working in Lean-Agile environments with both hardware and software deliveries\nIt is a plus if you also:\nExperience as a people manager and mentor within project or program organizations\nHands-on experience leading digital transformation or digitalization projects\nFamiliarity with NXI (New Product Introduction) processes across multiple domains\nAre you ready to unlock possibilities at Grundfos?
