Join us as a Hardware Development Engineer and help create next-generation pump control solutions in a collaborative and inclusive team.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the DBS DCW Control Box team, you'll create impact by taking end-to-end ownership of power-electronics hardware that makes pumps smarter, safer and more efficient for millions of users worldwide.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDesign electronic hardware for pump control systems, including mains input, power-conversion and motor-control circuitry with full consideration of protection, derating and thermal management\nPlan and conduct hardware testing, verification and validation to demonstrate compliance with product requirements, electrical-safety standards and regulatory requirements\nAnalyse test data, troubleshoot hardware issues, identify root causes and verify design improvements\nCollaborate cross-functionally with software, mechanical, systems, manufacturing and compliance teams to integrate hardware into complete product solutions\nCreate and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test reports, DFMEA and safety FMEA\nSupport prototype builds and contribute actively to design reviews throughout the product-development lifecycle\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a hands-on electronics engineer with 2-5 years of electronics development experience, a structured approach to problem-solving and a strong quality and safety mindset.
