Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Fresno, California.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Supply Chain Logistics team, you'll create impact by Ensuring our products reach customers worldwide on time and in full compliance, directly supporting Grundfos's mission to pioneer solutions to global water and climate challenges..\nYour main responsibilities include:\nPrepare and manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and AES filings\nVerify HTS classifications, ECCN codes, and country-of-origin information to ensure full compliance with EAR, FTR, and Denied Party Screening requirements\nCoordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and customers while monitoring status and resolving delays or documentation issues\nAnalyze transportation costs, optimize load capacity, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings\nCoordinate oversized U.S. freight movements in compliance with DOT regulations, monitoring carrier performance and addressing shipping constraints\nCollaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Warehousing, and Manufacturing to support seamless order fulfillment\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations, a sense of urgency, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. We would also imagine that you have:\n1-3 years of experience in export shipping, international logistics, or transportation\nStrong knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR, FTR) and international shipping procedures, including AESDirect filings\nFamiliarity with Incoterms® and export documentation (BOL, AWB, SLI, Certificates of Origin)\nProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel\nIt is a plus if you also:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related field\nExperience with oversized freight coordination and DOT compliance\nBackground in trade compliance audits and denied party screening processes\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
