Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Brookshire, Texas facility.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Shipping Operations Americas team, you'll create impact by Ensuring the reliable flow of critical materials that keep our production lines running and our customers satisfied through precise logistics coordination and import compliance..\nYour main responsibilities include:\nCoordinate international and domestic inbound freight via ocean, air, rail, and truck, serving as the primary contact for freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers\nMonitor shipment status from origin through final delivery, maintaining accurate tracking and proactively communicating arrivals and delays to planning, procurement, and operations teams\nEnsure all import documentation-commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading-is complete, accurate, and submitted on time to support customs clearance activities\nSupport compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and government agency requirements, assisting with audits and maintaining import records per Regional Trade Compliance guidelines\nCoordinate delivery appointments with distribution centers and warehouses to optimize receiving operations\nReview and validate freight invoices for accuracy and cost alignment\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong analytical and organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency in a fast-paced international supply chain environment. We would also imagine that you have:\nBachelor's degree in a related field such as Foreign Trade, International Trade, Supply Chain, or Compliance\n1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import/export customs processes\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications\nEnglish proficiency at 80% or higher (written and verbal)\nSAP experience in logistics or supply chain modules\nWorking knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance frameworks\nExperience coordinating multi-modal international freight (ocean, air, rail, truck)\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
