You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Manufacturing Maintenance team, you'll create impact by Driving equipment reliability and production uptime through data-driven maintenance strategies and structured problem-solving that directly supports our manufacturing excellence..\nYour main responsibilities include:\nPlan, coordinate, and develop preventive maintenance plans and TPM activities, optimizing intervals based on condition-based maintenance principles\nIdentify and implement improvements to equipment, processes, and maintenance methods using data analysis and KPI follow-up\nManage maintenance budgets and collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders\nMaintain technical documentation, SAP master data, and ensure compliance with applicable standards\nContribute to competence development and knowledge sharing among technicians and colleagues\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a structured and analytical engineering professional with hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, motivated by driving continuous improvements through technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration. We would also imagine that you have:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field\n1-2+ years of experience with maintenance in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to read and understand technical drawings and documentation\nKnowledge of SAP or another ERP system for maintenance management\nIt is a plus if you also:\nExperience with TPM, Lean, and structured problem-solving methodologies\nFamiliarity with condition-based maintenance and spare parts strategy development\nExperience leading processes or projects within Manufacturing Engineering\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
