You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Maintenance & Facilities team, you'll create impact by driving equipment reliability and factory performance through preventive maintenance programs, automation improvements, and cost reduction initiatives that directly support our Ignite '27 strategy.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nTroubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime, liaising with third-party suppliers for purchasing or repair jobs as needed.\nImplement and maintain Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) programs for all factory equipment, assembly lines, and testing facilities.\nDrive continuous improvement of factory workflows through process automation, yield improvement, and cost reduction projects.\nSupport new assembly projects, engineering works, and production equipment setup and commissioning.\nParticipate in facilities projects including daily maintenance, mechanical repairs, and infrastructure upkeep.\nAdhere to all EHS requirements, including proper waste disposal, spill response, material handling, and environmental compliance procedures.\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a skilled maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production teams. We would also imagine that you have:\n5+ years of relevant experience in facility and machine maintenance within the manufacturing industry.\nKnowledge of Good Engineering Practices and maintenance programs (reliability-centered, preventive, predictive).\nProficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators) and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.\nAdvanced math skills including geometry and algebra for material fabrication calculations, plus ability to operate hand tools and forklifts.\nIt is a plus if you also have:\nKnowledge of factory mutual requirements, operational support, and capacity management.\nExperience with automation systems and production line optimization.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\nRelocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
