We would also imagine that you have:\nBachelor's Degree in mechatronics, mechanical, or electronics engineering - or 8-10 years equivalent experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics\nProven frontline team management experience in a production or warehouse environment\nProficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)\nWorking knowledge of Lean manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and safety management\nIt is a plus if you also:\nProduct knowledge of the Grundfos range or similar pump/flow technology products\nExperience leading continuous improvement projects and driving cultural change\nFamiliarity with direct labor cost calculation and budget management\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
