You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Global Spare Part Supply Chain Planning & Order Execution team, you'll create impact by Ensuring timely delivery of critical spare parts and service products that keep essential water and climate solutions running worldwide.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nManage order fulfilment end-to-end - tracking availability, delivery feasibility, and lead-time commitments to ensure realistic order promises\nResolve order exceptions and escalations such as delivery delays, shortages, and blocked orders with clear stakeholder communication\nMonitor performance indicators including backlog, delivery reliability, and on-time delivery, driving corrective actions where needed\nCommunicate proactively with external customers, sales teams, and service technicians on order status and delivery schedules\nMaintain accurate order data in ERP systems ensuring quality, traceability, and timely updates\nIdentify recurring bottlenecks and contribute to standardised, scalable improvements in order execution processes\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong ERP skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.\nWe would also imagine that you have:\n2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field\nProficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nProven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment\nIt is a plus if you also:\nExperience in a global manufacturing or industrial products corporation\nFamiliarity with international shipping, customs documentation, or trade compliance\nKnowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
