You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Japan Manufacturing Operations team, you'll create impact by Ensuring the reliable production of Grundfos products that deliver sustainable water solutions to customers across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region..\nYour main responsibilities include:\nOperate production machinery and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures and production schedules\nPerform quality inspections on components and finished products, documenting results and flagging deviations\nConduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime\nFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment (5S standards)\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and continuous improvement goals\nAccurately record production data, material usage, and any process irregularities in relevant systems\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a reliable, detail-oriented manufacturing professional with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality and safety in a production environment. We would also imagine that you have:\n1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment\nAbility to read and follow technical work instructions and standard operating procedures\nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and perform repetitive tasks\nProficiency in Japanese (business level or above) for daily communication and documentation\nIt is a plus if you also:\nExperience operating CNC machines, assembly equipment, or automated production lines\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen, or 5S methodology\nForklift or crane operation certification\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
